T-Cut
T-Cut is well known and has been around for as long as I can remember. This is generally more aggressive than the Meguiar's Scratch X product but can be beneficial for older cars or those with badly damaged paintwork.
Car Plans T-Cut Original helps to restore the original colour by removing oxidation, road grime, tar spots and dried insects. I must stress that this is not as effective as some of the other methods mentioned in this section such as the clay bar method.
There are also specific colour match products available and also products designed for metallic paint so be sure you read the instructions carefully to make sure you have the correct product for your car before applying to any your paintwork.
